Thrilling! I'm so pleased for you top ahve a good offer. What a load of. It's not even nice to contemplate being long distance landlords.... so now you don't even have to start thinking about that!
Okay, now when is it you vacate tehhouse? I'm going to be gone over 4th of July weekend.
